Directory submissions

Submit resources you are authorized to describe. Entries must be relevant, accurate and link to an official website. We may reject misleading or unrelated submissions. Publication is not certification or endorsement. You grant BotsTest permission to display the information you submit and remain responsible for its accuracy and your rights to it.

What you purchase

Editorial eligibility review is free and happens before checkout. The $49 one-time listing product publishes an approved digital resource profile. “Permanent” means there is no recurring listing fee: the profile remains available while the directory operates and the resource meets its editorial criteria. A $199 sponsored placement displays an approved advertising card for 30 days on agreed dates. Availability and dates must be confirmed before payment. Advertising is labeled Sponsored; purchases do not change organic ranking or guarantee traffic, leads or search positions.

Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final total appear in Dodo Payments hosted checkout before purchase. These plans do not renew automatically. Dodo Payments handles checkout and applicable payment processing terms. Your card details are not stored by BotsTest. Publication or activation follows confirmed payment and your approved placement schedule.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel for any reason within 14 calendar days of payment for a full refund, even if publication or advertising has started. We do not ask you to waive that policy by starting fulfillment. Before fulfillment, rejected submissions and unavailable placements receive a full refund at any time. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.

After 14 days, you may cancel sponsored advertising and receive a prorated refund for undelivered time: the placement fee multiplied by the unused portion of its 30-day term. Refunds for an already delivered listing are available if it was not provided as described or as required by applicable law. If BotsTest cannot deliver the purchased service, we refund the undelivered portion; a listing that cannot be published receives a full refund.

To cancel, email support@warmquant.com with your order ID and the email used at checkout. No special wording is required. We acknowledge requests within two business days and arrange eligible refunds within 14 calendar days of the request. Refunds return through Dodo Payments to the original payment method; banks may take additional time to post them. A refunded listing may be removed, and refunded advertising stops. Refunds are not issued as compulsory store credit.

Corrections, removal & your rights

Contact us to correct or remove information. We may suspend resources for materially inaccurate information or violations of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected, including any longer cancellation period or additional remedies. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights for existing purchases.
