Information & purposes

We collect submission email, resource name, URL, category and description to review and publish directory entries, administer your requests and prevent abuse. Approved resource descriptions and official links are public; submission email is not published. Payment identifiers, order amounts and verified transaction events support fulfillment, refunds and accounting. Server logs may contain IP addresses, request times and technical information used to operate and protect the site.

Payment, support & service providers

Dodo Payments hosts checkout and processes payment information under its own privacy terms. BotsTest does not collect or store card numbers. Support and privacy requests use a shared support mailbox hosted through Resend. Information may be processed by our hosting, payment and email providers in other countries; applicable safeguards and mandatory privacy rights continue to apply. We do not sell your submission email or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Cookies

Necessary session cookies support submission ownership; CSRF cookies protect form submissions. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics. It records page views, category browsing and resource-link clicks; submission email, form content, order pages and search or sensitive query parameters are excluded. Plain campaign codes may be recorded for traffic attribution. You can reject analytics or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Google may process this data outside your country. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. You can control cookies in your browser, although forms and order access may stop working when necessary cookies are blocked.

Retention & requests

We retain information for directory operation, open requests, payment administration, security and legal recordkeeping only as needed. Public listings remain available until removal or closure; financial records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable by emailing our privacy contact. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and retain records that must legally be kept. We aim to answer privacy requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to your local privacy regulator.

Children & changes

Paid submission services are intended for adults or people authorized to act for an organization. Contact us if personal information was submitted without authorization. Updates to this policy will be dated here.
